Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. failure to cancel before 24 hours of the service will result in in a cancellation fee of $100.

Hair Under Construction offers complete care from the start of the appointment until the follow up. You will have your hair and scalp evaluated before a care regime is decided for you. You will receive a thorough cleanse, appropriate moisturizer and the predetermined style that you booked. Once you book, you will receive a confirmation email or text. Unless otherwise discussed at your consultation, you only need to bring yourself. We are here to serve.
Here at Hair Under Construction we service both natural and chemically treated tresses with eco friendly practices and products free from crap. We foster a peaceful dwelling where we share a great community of people. So if you're looking to care for your tresses, meet some cool people, and relax this is the place for you. We look forward to meeting you.
Here at Hair Under Construction we offer touch free forms of payment. Zelle and PayPal are either invoiced (paid salon), QR code, or direct pay. You'll find us using the email hucservice@gmail.com Cash is also accepted.
If you cancel your scheduled appointment within the allotted time (24 hours prior to your appointment), you simple cancel your appointment. Also, at that time you may choose to reschedule to a day that better suites you. But, if you fail to meet the deadline of cancelling 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or fail to cancel when you received the email and text confirming the scheduled appointment 1-3 days before the appointment; you will receive an invoice of $100 to cover your cancellation fee. If the invoice is not paid you will forfeit any standing appointments and the ability to rebook. Please use the tools that we have in place to avoid miscommunications, and time wasted.
